I would really appreciate that Aeroméxicos online process works for both citizens and residents to make it easier on everyone. I always travel with Aeroméxico for the reason as I love the customer care We receive and never have issues and I was pretty confused as to why I encountered this situation. I paid for my ticket which means I paid for my seat. she said some airlines don’t let you check in online because they have restricted online procedures. I told the air flight assistant I was unable to do so because when I would input my husbands information who is currently a resident there was no option. once i arrived i was told I would have to be on standby since I did not check in. My husband does not have a visa he has he’s resident card but there was no option for me to select besides visa.
Cons: "I tried to check-in my husband and I online but i was unsuccessful and the only option besides us citizen was visa.
